What will you see in the video? A very simple example where robot learns that Kabir is interested by Japanese culture, and starts choosing conversation topics accordingly.

Specifically:

– The robot is interacting with Kabir who lives in India;
– When Kabir starts talking about something (e.g., getting dressed), a proper set of Dialogues is chosen, and the robot asks Kabir if he wears traditional Indian clothes;
– All conversation topics are associated with a probability. Depending on Kabir’s answers, the probabilities associated to different topics (e.g., breakfast) can increase or decrease.

At the end, the robot learns something about Kabir, by avoiding a stereotyped representation of cultures.
